I am currently pursuing a dual degree programme - Masters in Management (MiM) program offered at ESCP Business School and an MBA from MDI Gurgaon with specialization in Communication & New Media and International Business. I am also a graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Bhopal. 

 

Previously, I have worked with EXL Analytics and Royal Bank of Scotland. At EXL, I worked with one of the biggest Credit Cards issuer in the US. My work there involved Big Data handling, highly analytical including techniques of Descriptive and Predictive Analytics including Forecasting, optimizing Credit Policy to increase profit and decrease loses. I worked on different Ad-Hoc based on clients requests. I also worked on weekly and monthly reports presented to Chief Risk Officer, Director-Credit Risk and other senior management. While preparing the reports, I also reported trends and insights related to data and provided reasoning if there were any abnormalities, and developed attention to details. I prepared dashboards on PowerPoint and Excel. I also worked in Statistical modeling of data which involved data cleaning, preparation, identifying key variables to make decisions and predicted changes in the policy.
