With 2 canceled summer Internship offers and daily application for 5-10 odd internship listing on LinkedIn and Internshala, many students like me were a bit in the chaos of what would happen in the internship as it is mandatory to do in MBA and plays a huge role in final placements. I explored the platform and was amazed at first by seeing 2-3 internship listing, and that too paid internship because even good performing brands are using the crisis as an excuse to wave off stipend as the demand is high and people are ready to it. The experience with Placecom.org was good. Right from the starting of registration to getting my internship offer at Spider G, the entire process was quite smooth. There were detailed options of choosing a particular field of interest. There were a good number of companies providing a reasonable stipend. The sample interview questions are particularly helpful as they will come handy during the final placements. But most of them are general HR questions and there lacked technical questions when I last visited the website. Like for a marketing profile, do we expect questions on STP or 4P or distribution channel and etc.? I found Placecom.org an excellent platform to support students amidst this pandemic whose Internship offers have been postponed or cancelled. It is a very hassle-free and user-friendly website where students could apply to N number of companies available on the website by a single click after uploading their CVs. I loved the transparency in the way placecom operates which is completely opposite of real placecom in colleges. I believe you guys need to have a much more formal template of an offer. When we see an offer is being made via mail we need to send it to our college placecom.
Also, some companies may or may not honour the stipend amount written there. Just make sure it doesn't become a new normal of having accelerated numbers in stipend amount.

I am grateful of placement.org for coming up with this platform and providing an opportunity despite the current on-going pandemic situation. “Obstacles are just opportunities” is what I have learnt and had this fortune to work together with an amazing group of people this summer. I came to know about Placecomm.org through a whatsapp group of professionals. Definitely it seemed interesting . As due to COVID opportunities were limited and having a new platform with work from home offers seemed like a great help. It was in April month , I had not got any conformation on my initial campus internship which I was supposed to join as planned. Due to Lockdown It was quite common to hear internship being cancelled.

During this pandemic it was really difficult to think about internship specially for a student like me who belongs to Rural Management, where field work is a primary thing.
